I live next to a head shop, which advertises itself as such (in the busiest area of the city, no less). And I'm pretty sure it's decriminalized throughout the entire country.
... Then again, it might be referring to actual leaves. Who knows. o_o

Myself, I could care less, because as drugs go it doesn't seem to ruin any lives. I've only never tried myself because A) no access, B) I have a serious and prim image to uphold.
