One reason I like Wednesdays: the local library doing its weekly post with the list of its latest additions. Really love picking through those. There's always at least one thing that looks interesting.

[Movies] The Three Musketeers (2011)

Watched The Three Musketeers (2011) this evening. I decided to take a look at it after seeing this gifset of Milla Jovovich as Milady.

This movie is absolute nonsense. However, it had:

+ Fancy costumes
+ Heaving bosoms
+ Ridiculous swashbuckling swordfights
+ Mads Mikkelsen playing a villainous dude who wears a poofy hat and an eyepatch
+ An airship battle (!!)

So... y'know. It's not great cinema by any means, but it doesn't pretend to be any more serious than it is. I wanted to turn my brain off, and this is right about my level tonight.
