Today was the second and third reading of the municipality's conversion therapy ban bylaw.
It passed!*
Conversion therapy is now prohibited in Fort McMurray and the surrounding area. :D
Pride YMM put out a press release about it. I'm glad they took the initiative by bringing this up with council last year.
