Rrrrrrrgh....

I'm having one of those days where I feel the need to list all the things I have done this weekend, because I feel as if I have done nothing but sit on my ass and eat licorice for three days. I know this isn't true (well, okay, there was some ass-sitting and licorice-eating involved) but I still feel the need to write it out.

-Updated the indexes... which really didn't take much time at all, and I should get better at doing it every week like I used to.
-Did some commenting on fest-related things. There are still a lot of fics that I haven't read from both the Eurofunk and the Nordic Romance fest, but I'm slowly trimming it down.
-Read some of Stephen King's Insomnia, and thought about writing up my thoughts on it. I didn't - I decided to wait until I finish the book - which means that I probably won't. But considering I don't usually think critically about anything I read whatsoever, this is noteworthy.
-Started working on a scarf. Not just a scarf - this'll be my first time doing stranded knitting! I'm doing this pattern in cream and blue-green. So far it's turning out to be really easy - I'm surprised that I was so nervous about trying two-coloured knitting; it's not difficult at all. I suppose if I was doing mittens it would be harder, though.
-Did some laundry, miscellaneous house chores, whatnot... and of course got told that I'm doing it wrong, but. [/facepalm] What can one do, really.
-Printed out that big long fic that I have in progress, and started editing it by hand. Doing it on the computer wasn't working. So... maybe being able to mark it up with a pen will help.
-I've been watching Anno 1790 with Bice! <3 I finally got around to figuring out how to livestream things, so we've been watching it that way. It's pretty fun to have someone to share this kind of thing with.

So. While I feel as if I didn't do anything (and really, I probably should have done more) at least I did do... something. And didn't completely waste my weekend. At least, not totally.
