I'm going to Victoria! Probably my favourite place to go, since it's different enough to be fun, small enough that it isn't stressful, and close enough that the flight isn't horrid. The good weather helps too.
Cutting up spaghetti sounds like way too much of a pain in the ass. xD I've heard of people substituting ditalini, but orzo is at least within the ballpark of what we were going for.
