Currently reading: By Gaslight by Steven Price. A detective and a grifter try to track down a fabled con artist. Enjoyable so far, though I'm not too far into it. The writer is primarily a poet, and it shows; lots of lovely use of language in here. But he also does that Cormac McCarthy thing where the dialogue is written without quotation marks - so if that bothers you, best to skip this one.

Reading next: Maybe some Eden Robinson? Trickster Drift came out a while back, and I'm curious about it. Still haven't read Monkey Beach either.
