It's very interesting to learn about this whole side of the internet I'm unfamiliar with! I've never even heard of OpenDiary, and I never used LJ (though I feel like I might have stumbled upon it many years ago). I suppose I was ten years too late for the whole personal journal thing, because by that time AIM and then Facebook was the main thing my classmates and I used to keep in touch.

Now I'm feeling a bit of anemoia, ha.
