This is that all-metal Hetalia Norway WWII FST I was talking about a few days ago. Finished, hooray! It's up on 8tracks now.
Cover art, tracklist, and brief explanation of each song's place in the narrative under the cut.
I mainly listen to power metal, which has its own particular conventions when it comes to lyrics, and they don't always fit quite perfectly. So, whenever the subject of mighty warriors and so on comes up, please feel free to mentally insert brave resistance fighters, the Norwegian military-in-exile, and of course Norway himself.
The title, "Defiance", is inspired by Zalia's excellent fic of the same title, about the invasion of Norway. You can read it here.
The background of the rear cover is a photograph of the Vemork Hydroelectric Plant, where the Norwegian heavy water sabotage took place.

Defiance: 09.04.1940 - 08.05.1945

You could have added a song by Glittertind. They did a cover of 'ja vi elsker' ;)
but overall: super mix. I love it!
