Hetalia Doujinshi Collection - Updated photos

There was a doujin share thread on the anonmeme, so I took some photos. I decided to post them here too, so that I have a quick reference of what's in my collection. These are currently kept in four shoeboxes, so they aren't exactly easy to check at a glance without making a mess.





01. Small doujinshi, mostly Nordics.



02. Large doujinshi. Most of these are my favourites.



03. More small doujinshi. Most of my Kokemani and Norrsken are in this box... I should move the ones from the other boxes so they're all together.



04. Mostly large doujinshi. Some of these are anthologies/compilation books.



05. Some of these are very old. I need to check what I have here, but I think I want to give most of these away. Or sell them, but that takes more effort.



06. Mostly non-nordic doujinshi. Also two Nordic artbooks. I think I would like to have more Netherlands/Japan and Germany/Italy books. NedPan is great and... well, okay, I'm actually not a huge fan of Italy, but I like Germany a lot, and the art/stories in the two books I have with that pairing are really nice.



07. More random large doujinshi. The Postman duology is great, but it's one of those stores I really wish I could understand, because the plot is interesting but hard to follow.



... There are 92 in my collection. Wow.

Those certainly are pretty. Sometimes I love doujinshi art better than the original creator-generated versions...

TY! And yeah, that definitely applies in this case; in a lot of these the art is really great. And... loving the art better than the originals applies here too, for me. Mostly because though I love the Hetalia manga, for the first 3 volumes or so, it was like the author couldn't draw to save his life. 6_9

Ah I recognize a lot of these! Totally jelly of your collection. :D The Estonia one in the first image (top row, second book) has me very curious. I don't think I've seen that one before!

I wish I could share things with you! This would be so much easier if we lived closer together.

The Estonia one is hard to define because it doesn't use typical pairing notation, but it seems to be another Est->Fin + Sve/Fin one. Which is usual. The style is REALLY cute, though.

It's moments like these I wish this country wasn't so massive! It'd be nice if we were even just a few hours away.

Ah I should of known. That's the usual case with Estonia doujinshis. Regardless though I'm still curious about it plot-wise! I recognize the artwork but I never knew that particular image was for a doujinshi cover!
