Use a pillow fort. They're excellent treatment for feeling down and besides they're fun to make. Trust me, I studied for the morphology exam in one and felt safe despite the subject.

Seriously speaking though, there's no point in beating yourself over the head over feeling too tired to do stuff. I've found that whenever I do that I just end up pushing everything important even further down my calendar because aaaaaaaaaaaaaashouldhavedonealreadyPANIC.
