I have had a headache all day. ALL. DAY. AND I STILL HAVE IT.

So I've been mopey and grumpy and arrrgh. And it certainly doesn't help that I wasn't able to do the things I wanted - couldn't practice harmonica because there were people around, couldn't study French because my head hurt too much, couldn't go out because it's TOO FREAKING COLD.

... Okay, okay, it isn't that cold, but it's enough that I didn't want to go out. Anyway.

Eventually I just gave up on getting anything done and sat around watching Moomins. Which is, y'know, awesome because it's Moomins. But STILL. On the other hand I keep trying to think of ideas for, er, a certain project, and it involves that, so I might as well do it, and... yeah, shan't say anything more.

I guess sitting around watching it wasn't so bad though. At least while I'm watching things, I can work on Christmas presents! I can't watch television or movies unless I'm also doing something with my hands - I just don't have the attention span. (Going to the cinema, while I love to do it, tends to be rather frustrating. I get so fidgety). So... I worked on that. And I'm almost finished with knitting the first present! Which is great because the cut-off date is edging kind of close and I sort of need to start working on the second thing right away, ahhhh.

This reminds me that we got a sheet in the mail the other day from Canada Post, stating the dates that packages need to be sent out in order for them to arrive on time. I only have until Nov 29th to get everything packaged up and shipped out, sob. Fortunately the deadline for letters will be a bit longer (I think). I don't think I'll be able to get all those cards done up by the 29th, ahhhh.

I expect this season will involve a lot of me running around screaming and sobbing about how I won't be able to get everything done in time. :| fgasdjkfh it's not even my holiday, really - I don't know why I get so worked up over having an excuse to give people stuff. (I suppose it's mostly because everything has to be JUST RIGHT, and if it isn't, I get upset.)

MAN. Am I ever looking forward to being done with all of the above, though. People keep giving me ideas for writing and I can't write anything until it's all done. :|

Oh well, I'll live. And YES, Moomins make everything better. I just wish that I knew Swedish so I could understand wtf is going on in these episodes I've been watching, ahhh (though it's still cute even so).

I KNOW EH. IT'S VERY CONVENIENT that they do this. Bro, from what I've heard of y'all's mail system, it's kind of fucked up. Any time I have complaints about Canada Post, perhaps I'll remind myself it can't possibly be as much of a pain in the ass as Oz. 8|
