Hmmm. :|a It's possible that you don't see it because you aren't looking for it. Or, maybe it's in an area you don't frequent much. Is there a section that is kind of hippy-ish/hipster-ish, kind of artsy-fartsy? I live in that section of Saskatoon, which is probably why I come across the interesting stuff pretty easily.
