Bleh.

Bleh. I came down with a cold, and also had to work a full day of overtime. So, this weekend has been nothing but work + staying in bed. Brilliant.

On the upside, the time that I spent not working was actually pretty enjoyable. It isn't very often that I just allow myself to do nothing in particular. Today I spent most of the day in my pajamas, and didn't really do anything aside from reading and eating lots of tea and soup. It's chilly out, anyway, not very nice for going out. Even though I felt unwell, it was kind of cozy, kinda' hyggelig.

I've been reading Volker Kutscher's Babylon Berlin; after enjoying the TV series, I really wanted to take a look at the source. Enjoying it a lot so far! It's been nice to, y'know, just read a book without having to keep in mind how much time I was spending on it.
