May. 19th, 2020 09:32 pmI haven't been doing my new routine for very long - the one down the hill, I mean - but I can already feel my endurance improving. The first few days I was in so much pain, oh my god. But now I don't feel all that sore the next day at all. And it's easier for me to go up it now.
I've also started adding pushups to my daily routine, and can already feel some improvement. (The first few days were so sore, though.) This makes me feel really good, because I used to incorporate that into my dailies, but after the fire I kind of... stopped doing it. First because I had been on vacation, and then when I was staying with relatives I didn't have anywhere that I could do it, and then depression. Time to fix this!
I feel so good!! <3 Fuck, I love summer so much, it's SO NICE to be able to actually walk outside instead of just doing it on the treadmill.
