Music rec: Carter and the Capitals ♪ ♫ ♪

Wow! Heard an unfamiliar band on the radio this morning, and it was like being smacked upside the head in the best way.

If you like funk, check out the self-titled album by Carter and the Capitals. They're from Edmonton, and their music has such a bright and energetic and fun feeling to it.

♫ Get Down - This one is less funky and more rock-ish than some of the other tracks on the album, but still Very Good.

♫ Everyday - This is the one that made me think "Man, I like this! I need to check out more." :D
