(no subject)

I've put in a submission to a new literary magazine. An acquaintance was linking the submission guidelines around, so I figured, why not. Ordinarily, this wouldn't be possible, because I usually don't have original work available - frankly, I typically don't enjoy writing original work very much. But this time, I happened to have something on hand, so....

Anyway, this is quite out of character for me. We'll see if anything comes of it. Probably nothing, but you never know!

It gives me an excuse to break in that publishing name I'd set aside, at least. ;) Maybe after a while, it'll start to feel natural.
