Two down, one to go
Dec. 6th, 2014 09:13 pmAHA. I finally finished my fic for
surstrommiakki. So that's two fest fics down, and now one exchange fic left to go!
I've said it before, and I'll say it again: Deciding to do three fests/exchanges in one and a half months was a terrible idea. Don't be like me, guys. Make good fandom decisions. Ones that don't involve rushing. And tearing your hair out over trying to write pairings that you don't feel particularly passionate about but just wanted to ~challenge yourself~.
Luckily, I made some headway on the exchange fic today, too! Though I had to stop because I needed to check whether ice skates existed in Norway at the time of the Kalmar Union, and I didn't happen to have a computer near me at the time. (The answer to that is: yes indeedy. In case anybody was curious.)
Anyway! It's a good thing that I have a few weeks left to get this last one done. I have so much wrapping I need to do, and Christmas cards that I need to write, so I'm going to start on that tomorrow and hopefully get it out of the way.
Ack, busy busy busy, and it's all my own fault!
