Same for traditional crafts. I've wanted to make my own embroidered shirt for a while, except now nationalists with "traditional values" have started to wear parts of traditional dress at formal events, and ofc I don't want to risk being associated with that. Thanks for ruining a perfectly good thing, dipshits.
AUGHHH that also sucks so bad. Yeah, sometimes I run across it when researching traditional clothing, and it just bites. I'm sorry that this is a situation you have to deal with. It's awful that these creeps have caused that sort of thing to be associated with their awful agenda, means it's hard for normal people to enjoy this perfectly nice thing in peace. >:|
