Judo adventures Year 2 Class 01

Attending: Me, M, M2, D, F, and four teenagers whose names I didn't catch. Sensei instructing.

First official class of the season! Fun. :D

Didn't do anything complicated today. Just a bit of groundwork.

Started with warmup drill - one person goes over, not in an actual hold but just similar positioning; the person below tries to get out of it. Did that for a while, switching partners. Worked with F and D for this.

Then a simple sweep - can't remember the name of this one.

After that, groundwork randori. I was paired with one of the kids. That went well enough. :V

Unexpected: D was graded today! He went up from blue belt to brown belt. Good for him.

Looking forward to next class!! I'll probably be going tomorrow, since like... I can. And that's how the scheduling works out.
