Suddenly remembered a thing that I planned to write once but never got around to, some bite-sized RoBul where they're getting ready to go out dancing, and Romania convinces Bulgaria to let him put some eyeliner on him. Nothing dramatic, just a simple style in black.

Very self-indulgent. Should get around to that one eventually; it'll be fun. And I really do think Bul would look nice with some eyeliner, as a treat.
