Ohhhh my god, my brain is so mush right now.
Assuming it's a combination of lingering holiday stress + work stress + lack of sunlight. Probably also other stuff too. It's hard to pinpoint any specific thing.
I'm doing my best to take care of myself, but ugh, this is really throwing off my groove.
And there's so much I need to do, I just - somehow right now it's just really, really hard. I've learned that I need to be really strict in order to manage my life the way I like it, and that's a lot more challenging at some times than others.
