Just Finished: Little Fish by Casey Plett. Goodreads summary: Wendy Reimer is a thirty-year-old trans woman who comes across evidence that her late grandfather--a devout Mennonite farmer--might have been transgender himself. I thought this would be more of a, what do you call it, "family drama" type of novel than it actually is. Overall, I can't say I loved it, but it certainly was engrossing - could hardly put it down, and steamrolled through it in two days. So, take that as you will.
Currently Reading: Tomorrow Will be Different: Love, Loss, and the Fight for Trans Equality by Sarah McBride. It's a memoir about the author's experience with coming out and and activism. It's written in a very clear, frank way, which is nice because I find that stuff like this can get a bit jargon-y sometimes. Anyway, I'm not very far into it yet.
Reading Next: The copy of Romance of the Three Kingdoms that I ordered finally came in at the library. Won't be able to pick it up until Saturday, which is enough time to finish the above book. I can hardly wait to dive into it. :D
